Let’s play with the new Toy Story play scenes and vehicle sets by Mattel for ages 3 and up! We found these adorable play sets at Toys R Us, and they are so much fun to play with!

Each play set retails for $14.99, and features a family scene from either Toy Story, Toy Story 2, or Toy Story 3. One playset is Andy’s room set with his desk, red lamp, and hot wheels ramp where Buzz Lightyear flies with style from the hotrod! The other playset is of the train from Toy Story 3, which includes a Jail, Sheriff’s office, a bank, and an old mine! I didn’t illustrate in my video review that each door in Woody’s play set opens and closes! You can also interact with the mini-figures and the vehicle sets, so you can really pretend and play! The vehicle sets include a mini-figure (similar to the ones from the blind bags) and one vehicle! There are four to collect at the moment and they retail for $5.99 each at Toys R Us!

 


The playsets and vehicles sets are definitely worth the money! They provide hours of imaginative play for my 3 1/2-year-old son, and will bring you a bunch of nostalgia! Don’t forget Toy Story 4 will be released in 2019, so why not get these adorable play sets now before they’re gone for good! 

If you purchased the Toy Story mini characters in 2016 (retail $19.99), or if you purchased the Toy Story mini characters in the blind bags (retail $2.99), you will be able to use the figures with the playsets. You may not have to buy so many duplicate characters. I would suggest purchasing the four vehicle sets, and the mini characters set. If you like the Toy Story blind bags, each blind bag is labeled, so you don't have to purchase a bunch of duplicates. Be sure to grab a different letter for each bag.
