Today we unbox the Disney Store Tsum Tsum June 2017 Subscription Box. We were totally excited to find what was wrapped up in that bright blue tissue paper!

If you have, then you understand the excitement when we opened The Little Mermaid’s Ariel tsum tsum in human form and Prince Eric ready to kiss on the boat that took place during the infamous song “Kiss the Girl.” Unfortunately, Prince Eric and Princess Ariel do not break the spell at that exact moment.
This sub box for June is very special to me. If it were not for The Little Mermaid (1989), Disney would not have enjoyed such a thrilling revitalization and interest in their films. As a child, I recall going to see Oliver and Company (1988), and The Brave Little Toaster (1987), but nothing compared to a brand new Disney Princess story. Especially one as beloved as The Little Mermaid. The Little Mermaid soundtrack was played so much in our house that I think we broke the CD. This film blew the last two Disney movies out of the water (pun intended!). Oliver and Company was fantastic, but The Brave Little Toaster really lacked substance! The Little Mermaid was exactly what Disney needed to give them that push.
Hence, our excitement (well, my excitement) when that blue tissue paper was ripped away to reveal the iconic boat and these two developing characters ready to kiss and break the spell that the evil Ursula put upon Ariel. Check out our unboxing video on our channel!
What a great movie! The June 2017 Disney sub box is my favorite so far! I cannot wait until July’s sub box!
