Video and Product Review: MorfBoard Unboxing and Kids Review! Skate and Scoot! Prize from The Toy ...

We won a give way on Twitter from The Toy Insider that was sponsored by Jakks Pacific! The prize was the latest innovation by Jakks Pacific, the MorfBoard! What an awesome prize!! I watched the MorfBoard in action at New York Toy Fair 2018, and was so impressed! My skateboarding skills are less than zero, and I have never even used a scooter; I was a reader as a kid - not very active at all. However, once I started using the MorfBoard, I immediately felt I missed out on a lot, because scooting with the MorfBoard is so much fun! 

The MORF board is so easy to put together! Once unboxed, you’ll be skating in less than three minutes, and scooting in less than five minutes! Honestly, it’s that simple!

To install the skate trucks to skate, place your skate trucks on to the deck and rotate each skate truck 90 degrees until you hear a click. Now, the skate trucks have to line up; it really reminds me of cams from IKEA! No joke! The skate trucks fit so snugly! There’s no adjusting needed, you just place, turn, click, and go! To unlock your skate trucks, pull the triangle button towards you, and as you’re pulling, turn each skate truck 90 degrees to screw them off. Done!

Go from skate to scoot in minutes. To transform your MorfBoard, you’ll need to add the rear and front scoot trucks, and the handle bar. Just like the skate trucks, the scoot trucks get installed by placing, turning them 90 degrees, and clicking the scoot trucks into place. Install your handle bar in the top of the front scoot truck (top of the MorfBoard). You can adjust your handle bar to conform to you or your kiddo’s height. To adjust the handle bar, unlock the pull tab, adjust the bar, and lock it back into place. If your pull tab lock is locked, and your handle bar still goes down, do not us it. Contact Customer Service. Otherwise, you’re good to go!

You can transform your MorfBoard in minutes or less! You are able to take your bouncing and balancing to the next level with the MorfBoard’s additional accessories, sold separately. Bounce with the two super bounce ball attachments, or enhance your balance with the balance roller and safety end blocks. The additional accessories allow you to use your MorfBoard indoors! Hopefully soon more accessories will be introduced, as well as more colors! I love the bright neon green, and know more colors would look even more cool! I think adding some fun decals or stickers too really will help personalized your MorfBoard. 

I really think the balance accessory is great for kids! It’s a controlled activity because it’s indoors, and they’re working on their coordination. Balance and coordination is such an important skill, and with the heightened in technology a lot children are not really moving and strengthening these skills. 

We had some fun with the MORFBOARD out of the box, and scooted and skated! We’re not Tony Hawk for crying out loud, but if you practice enough, you may get as good as him! 

The MorfBoard is for ages eight and up, and retails for $99.99. The additional accessories are $39.99 each.

Video and Toy Review: New Toys for 2018! Disney Pixar The Incredibles 2 Jakks Pacific Poesable Dolls, Schylling Tin Toy Wind Ups

I am so super excited to unbox for you ta collection Disney Pixar The Incredibles 2 toys from Jakks Pacific and tin toys from Schylling. 

Jakks Pacific’s The Incredibles 2 line is vast in size from prei-schooler figures to large interactive toys, Jakks Pacific has you covered for your The Incredibles 2 toy needs! We have Elastigirl, Edna, and Violet posable dolls to unbox for you. We are missing one doll, Mr. Incredible and Jack-Jack. I did not see a Dash doll, but I am sure they have something for you in the posable range. 

The dolls are $16.99 each, and I purchased these from a Toys R Us that is closing near us, so I got them for 10% off.  Jakks Pacific makes quality products, so they really left stone unturned with the looks and play of these dolls. Edna Mode, for example, is wearing  The Incredibles logo underoos! How cute is that?! Edna is a short little thing, and inside her box she even has a cardboard pedestal. Jakks is always adding in those funny touches to their products and packaging that I truly appreciate! 

Elastigirl and Violet have removable masks, and the masks have a removable adhesive at the back, so when it sticks to the doll’s face, you can easily remove the mask without leaving any residue. I am not sure if they will have street clothes for them, which I think would be a nice touch! They are not the typical doll size (11.5”), so you won’t be able to put a Barbie outfit on Elastigirl, you may be able to on Violet. 

Elastigirl cannot stretch her arms, but she is very flexible! The way these dolls can move is action packed, and will make for some great stop motion videos! I’m already envisioning it now, which is why I’m off in a dash to search for more The Incredibles 2 dolls!

Also in the video is an unboxing of the super cool wind up tin toys by Schylling! They have Mr. Incredible and Dash tin toy wind ups, and they are really sweet additions to any collection. I saw these on amazon for under $4, and grabbed them before the movie picked up more steam. Get them while they’re hot!

Video and Toy Review: New Toys for 2018! Disney Pixar The Incredibles 2 Jack-Jack Light Up Talking Action Figure by Thinkway Toys

I am so super excited to unbox for you the new Jack-Jack talking action figure from Thinkway Toys. Jack-Jack is seriously the cutest Disney Pixar baby ever created, and I just love his little coos and baby talk, oh my goodness, SO CUTE! 

Thinkway Toys created this amazing line of Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 dolls that can interact with one another. You can get Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack. Jack-Jack is super cute and about six inches in height. His arms and legs are posable, he can say over 40 unique phrases in his own adorably cute baby voice! You can even sway baby Jack-Jack gently from left to right to get his eyes to light up! 

Jack-Jack comes with his own sturdy, clear stand. The stand can connect to the other members of the Parr family. There are special sensors inside the dolls that “connect” to the other dolls, so they can “talk” to each other. I was only able to locate Jack-Jack for now, but once I find those other figures, I am getting them, because they are so cool!

Overall, the quality is fantastic, and perfect for a toy collector or any little Disney Pixar fan! I purchased Jack-Jack at Toys R Us, so if you are wanting to keep the box, note that the barcode will be crossed out. Jack-Jack was $32.99, and with the liquidation discount, he came out to $29.69.

Will you be getting the whole line of Thinkway Toys when they all hit the shelves? I loved how they communicated when I got to view them at New York Toy Fair 2018, and I personally feel they should anchor your Disney Pixar collection!

Video and Toy Review: New Toys for 2018! Disney Pixar The Incredibles 2 Edna Interactive Talking Doll!!!

For review, I am incredibly excited to share the new Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 Interactive Edna with Voice Recognition by Thinkway Toys. Edna is the superhero costume maker turned elite fashion designer when the supers were banned. Today on a toy hunt at a Toys R Us that is closing, I found a cache Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 toys! I was totally shocked as I did not think they were being released until May 2018. I got the chance to see what the toys could do at New York Toy Fair 2018, and was so bummed to not even be able to photograph them! Here they are! 

Edna can say over 55 phrases in her own voice! You can chat with Edna using specific sayings from the chat list. Activate Edna by simply saying her name, or by gently squeezing her belly. Edna will give you fashion advice, as well as, ask you how you are doing. When Edna is done speaking with you, she may pretend to be sleepy, or simply tell you to leave her alone. Edna says a lot of funny things! I was cracking up! 

Not only does Edna share her wit with you, she can also pose in a bunch of different ways. Her head goes from side to side. Her legs bend at the hip; she does not  have knee joints. She is flat footed, which makes it very hard for her to stand her up. Her clothes are a very sturdy felt, and are almost futuristic, and very Edna in style! Her hands are so delicate, and can rotate at the wrists. Edna’s facial features are spot on, and so well done! She looks so much like Edna, and is virtually the same in looks. Even her hair is well made, and so fine. 

Overall, the Disney Pixar Incredibles 2 Edna Interactive Doll is worth the $37.99 price tag. The quality is high, and more than what you would expect from a toy. It is a thinking toy afterall, so you get that interactive play and the collectible aspect. My pricing was a little off in the video. According to my receipt from Toys R Us, Edna is $37.99. If you’re lucky to find her at a liquidating TRU near you, then you could snag her for $34. Thinkway is releasing the whole Parr family that interactive one another. Review and Video: LEGO Series 18 Party Series LEGO Minifigures, LEGO Classic 10715

I went to NY Toy Fair and was given a press bag with a sneak peek blind bag of the Series 18 Lego Mini Figure, which features the 40th Anniversary of LEGO Minifigures! Also, in the loot bag was a classic LEGO set #10715. You’re able to build so many fun things with this set! Our will be fully updated tomorrow with more of our builds and more close-ups of the Series 18 Party Minifigs. For now, enjoy this video and see who we got in our blind bag! You also get a close look at the checklist for the Series 18 Birthday blind bags. They should be on shelves now or after April 1, 2018 for $3.99 each. 

I was really hoping to see a glimpse of Series 2 Disney LEGO Minifigures, but no such luck! They weren’t even there at NY Toy Fair, so my hope for a September 2018 release is not going to happen. The year is still young! Hopefully, I will be invited to the second LEGO party featuring the fall releases. Fingers crossed!

Video and Review: Disney Tsum Tsum TSUM CITY Mad Hatter's Hat Shop Set by Jakks Pacific

We unboxed the super adorable Tsum City Mad Hatter's Hat Shop set by Jakks Pacific. You can buy this set pretty anywhere like at Target, Walmart, Toys R Us, and on Amazon for $14.99 each, which is a great value - it's not 10/6, but still a great price. 

The Mad Hatter Hat Shop set is just so cute! It includes an exclusive fuzzy Mad Hatter medium tsum tsum. You also get two small tsum tsum vinyl figures: Lady and Pascal! There is an array of fun hat for everyone to wear drying the mad hatter’s party - a Peter Pan hat, a Princess hat that I really couldn’t make out, and Queen of Heart’s crown. Along with the hats for the small tsum tsums, the White Rabbit’s pocket watch and Queen of Hearts red roses are included as well! The Mad Hatter's shop has open and close doors and windows, a cute sign attaches to the top, and you can fit your small, medium, or large tsums inside each doorway and window. I would love to have seen some color change tsum tsum included in this set, or even color change accessories - the red roses go from red to white, possibly. I would also love to see new tsum tsum like The March Hare, and the dormouse! 

Last year’s Jakks booth at the D23 Expo revealed all of the potential Tsum City sets coming out in the fall and spring. The only one we are missing is the Pet Shop, which I think is going to be super cute! The Pet Shop looked so detailed with the various "pets" of Disney. I do hope they come out with it soon!

Do you have a Disney Tsum Tsum fanatic on your hands? At Target for $9.99, you can find a new exclusive 5-pack featuring Rabbit,, Judy Hopps (new for a color pop), Miss Rabbit, Thumper, and the White Rabbit all with all over sparkles and color pop colors! I am so happy to see color pop again, and color pop available at Target. 

More Tsum Tsum fun can be found at Target! There are adorable Easter themed Tsum Tsum blind boxes, and you can find one of 12 adorable medium sized tsum tsum with adorable coordinating spring themed headbands! For $2.99, you really cannot beat the price. They come 24 in a case at Target and would be great Easter basket gifts! Some of the characters that you can get include Mickey, Minnie, Heimlich, Pluto, Winnie the Pooh, and more. 

We loved Basic Fun! Toys' Hatch’ems when they came out with the dinosaurs, but in time for Easter are Hatch’ems chicks! For $4.99, you can hatch your very own baby chick. You can even turn your cutie into a cake pop by attaching it the stick. Retailing at $4.99, you’ll also appreciate the deliciously clever packaging. Each one looks like a cake pop! 

A new kind of mash’em is out and they feature your favorite ponies! My Little Ponies Mash Mallows! They really do feel like a marshmallow, and feature characters from the My Little Pony movie. Stretch them, squeeze them, and watch them slow rise! Mash Mallows are foamtastic! Mash Mallows are $4.99, and totally worth it in size and squishiness!
