In March, LEGO revealed the minifigures line-up for the new Disney Series 2. There are 18 figures to collect this series with old favorites that will pull at the heartstrings of many 80's and 90's kids. With characters from Ducktales, Aladdin, Hercules, and The Incredibles, it may be hard to complete this collection. I already heard that the chase figures were Huey, Dewey, and Louie - those rascals! Although their figures each come with distinctive accessories if you're lucky you may be able to feel them out. Follow us here on our blog or subscribe to our YouTube channel for a full case unboxing coming this weekend. Find your own sets here at Walmart or the online LEGO Store.
- Mickey as Steamboat Willie, Steamboat Minnie (black and white figs that can also be found in the LEGO Ideas Steamboat Willie set with different accessories)
- Scrooge McDuck (Ducktales - this version is the original Scrooge, not the jacked up current version)
- Huey (Ducktales)
- Dewey (Ducktales)
- Louie (Ducktales)
- Chip (Mickey Mouse gang)
- Dale (Mickey Mouse gang)
- Princess Jasmine (Aladdin)
- Jafar (Aladdin)
- Princess Anna (Frozen)
- Queen Elsa (Frozen)
- Jack Skellington (The Nightmare Before Christmas)
- Sally (The Nightmare Before Christmas)
- Edna Mode (The Incredibles)
- Frozone (The Incredibles)
- Hercules (Hercules)
- Hades (Hercules)
For series one, I drove to about 15 different Target stores in the hopes of finding them, and when I did find them, I would find about three or four. At Toys R Us it was no better, as the resellers would scoop up full cases or rows the moment the store opened. This time around, it's as if the LEGO Gods were on my side, and I was able to order what I needed online at Walmart! The Shop LEGO store has them in stock now, too. If you're feeling nostalgic or want to start your Disney LEGO Minifigure collection, get in on the fun now!
Did you buy any yet? Who are you hoping to get? We need all of them, so the HUNT IS ON!
