Amazon Prime Day is approaching - October 13 - 14 to be exact! Amazon Prime Day was delayed to the COVID-19 pandemic, but now us shoppers are off to the races to find the best deals for the holidays and beyond! I just learned that Amazon has adjusted the return policy for the holiday season by extending it: items shipped between October 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31, 2021. 

If you're new to Amazon Prime Day, first you must be a member of Amazon Prime. Becoming a member of Amazon Prime gives you access to free 2-day shipping, great content for shows, music, movies, and games, as well as access to Amazon's exclusive shopping days and deals on gifts. As an Amazon Prime member, you also get exclusive coupons that you can clip virtually, and the savings will be taken off at checkout. Sign up now if you're not a member! You can sign up for a free 30-day trial, and if you don't want to stay on, then don't! Just set a reminder to cancel before the date. I have been a member of Amazon for over 20 years, but a prime member for about eight years - it truly is worth every penny, in my opinion, especially when you need something shipped the same day or next day. 

Leading up to Prime Day through October 12, if you spend $10 at a small US-based business via Amazon, then you will earn $10 to spend during Amazon Prime days! This is a great way to give shoppers the opportunity to try out new businesses, and hopefully, Amazon will earn a little respect! I have relied so heavily on Amazon during isolation, so I really do appreciate all of the employees for working so hard during such a difficult time!

Amazon Prime Days are October 13 to 14 this year and will begin midnight on Tuesday, October 13 and runs through Wednesday, October 14, for Amazon Prime members in the USA, UK, UAE, Japan, China, Singapore, Netherlands, Mexico, Luxembourg, Spain Italy, Germany, France, China, Canada, Belgium, Austria, Australia, and for the first time ever, Turkey. From household items to fashion to holiday decor, Amazon has the best deals these two action-packed shopping days! What I can't wait for are the toy deals, and they are a-plenty this time around!
