Since it was my birthday, I treated myself to a nice breakfast — French Toast with a little bit of cool whip and strawberries—the kicker was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch CINNADUST seasoning blend. You can find CINNADUST at Sam's Club for $5.48. I also found it on Amazon and Walmart for a boatload more than Sam's Club's price.
CINNADUST seasoning blend packs a punch and gives that same yummy flavor of my childhood favorite breakfast cereal, Cinnamon Toast Crunch! I was really skeptical at first, but CINNADUST is like the breakfast fairy sprinkled subtle sweetness at only 15 calories per teaspoon. A little bit goes a long way, too.
I also made Apple Bombs with CINNADUST and baked apples with just apples and CINNADUST! Check out my recipe. Bear with me as I winged it the first go! I plan to make them again on Christmas Eve-morning, so stay tuned for that one if your version didn't come out at as CINNADUSTY.
The baked apples are truly a low-calorie treat and will also give you the feeling of eating home-baked apple pie without the guilt. How cool is that?
Thank you so much B&G Foods for sending us CINNADUST to try! It’s now a recipe staple in my pantry!

How is it that I am only now just learning of Cinnadust!!! I love cinnamon and regular drop a little bit in my morning coffee. I hope this is still out and that I can give it a whirl on things. I don't bake much though since NYC bachelor with a laundry list of other things to do. I prefer ordering those delicacies :)
