Always inspiring, The LEGO Group and Universal Brand Development have officially announced new LEGO sets dropping this spring in time to celebrate the upcoming theatrical release of Jurassic World Dominion, which is set to hit theaters in June 10, 2022, from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment. The fun doesn't have to just happen on screen, now that we have seven brand new LEGO Jurassic World Dominion sets slated to be released April 17, 2022 just in time for the film's release.

When I was a kid, I loved watching the movie Jurassic Park. From the action packed scenes with dinosaurs chasing curious humans, to the rich storytelling of how the Jurassic period would once again come to life with the magic of a dino DNA carrying mosquito, to the playful Dr. Ian Malcom; I was completely hooked to a franchise that took me on a dinosaur loving rollercoaster for my childhood and most of my adulthood (I still haven't quite grown up yet!). This dino-fascination has been inherited by my children as well. Fast forward nearly 30 years, Jurassic World Dominion marks the end of the Jurassic age giving an epic conclusion to one of the most dynamic and rich movie franchises. Jurassic World Dominion is slated to be released in theaters on June 10, 2022, and with that LEGO is also releasing some amazing sets to help fuel your fandom, and to also help bring the magic of the screen to LEGO (brick) life.

Jurassic World: Dominion is the next chapter in one of the biggest franchises in the history of cinema.
The film, from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, sees the return of director Colin Trevorrow, who also serves as executive producer with Steven Spielberg. Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley also return as producers. Alexandra Derbyshire joins as executive producer.
Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard again star and are joined by Academy Award® winner Laura Dern, Golden Globe nominee Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum, who reprise their roles as Dr. Ellie Sattler, Dr. Alan Grant and Dr. Ian Malcolm. Trevorrow directed 2015’s Jurassic World, which went on to gross $1.67 billion worldwide and is the sixth-highest-grossing film in cinema history. The Jurassic franchise, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2018, has grossed more than $5 billion collectively at the worldwide box office.
